Infusion
This First invoice from 2012 Orthodox Chamong produces a clear and bright Rosie coloured liquor and yields a perfectly smooth and balanced cup whose character is made exceptional by very gentle juicy peachy fruit notes, without a heavy muscatel perfume. The long lingering fresh grassy sensation is completely attributable to first flushes. Accompanying thoughts of a light nutty spiciness make this a great tea for pairing. This is a top class world renowned Darjeeling that is most defiantly hard to beat
Food Paring
The presence of gentle fruit notes make this tea ideal for use with gentle spicy flavours such as coriander, and cardamom. Also a perfect companion to liven up light fish flavours.
