"strong and thick is ideal for use in a blended breakfast tea"

Since the first successful tea gardens were established in 1913, her fertile highlands have led Kenya to becoming the world’s 3rd largest producer.

High evaporation rates from Lake Victoria and high rainfall allow tea to flourish all year round, with leaves being plucked every seven to seventeen days, before being sold at auction along Kenya’s glorious coastline.

As with most Kenyan tea, this tea is a CTC [Cut Tear Curl] tea and is brisk, strong and thick and ideal for use in a blended breakfast tea or on its own.
