"great with a chunk of dark chocolate"
Brazilian Tea is a "CTC" type or "Cut-Tea-Curl", which means tea is cut into a granular shape through teethed rollers, rather than the more traditional rolling through rotating flat plates!
It has a subtle smoothness and its gentle tannins make it easy drinking - great with a chunk of dark chocolate :-)
