A delightful handmade white tea from Fujian Province in China. Tender leaves are handpicked and shaped into beautiful long pillars, that unfurl with brewing to deliver a delicate, slightly earthy flavour to tease the senses.

Use two or three pillars per person, and put directly into the mug. Boil fresh water, leave to cool for 5 minutes then pour on. Allow to steep for 3 to 4 minutes for the perfect flavour. An infuser will help to remove leaves from the liquor but its not essential
