A hand made Chinese green tea where the delicate leaves have been  carefully sewn together to take the form of a flower, the craftsmanship that has gone into the generation of this tea is truly amazing and whilst offering something beautiful to look at also tastes refreshing, and is very light on the palate. This Green Tea yields a pale golden light liquor with faint grassy aromas.  The unique quality of this tea allows for the tea flower to be used again several times until the natural flavour has been exhausted
