Despite its reputation, the stinging nettle is believed to be very cleansing - it's been used in folk recipes as far back as the 10th century. We think its lively, peppery taste is the perfect companion for another one of our favourite plants: sweet, cooling peppermint.

So make a cup, take a sip and savour the nettle's gentler side. We use all natural ingredients and nothing else:

Gingerbread, ginger beer, ginger snaps - over the years, the little knobbly spice has been used for all kinds of things.

We like ginger best when it's blended with the taste of lemon and steeped in hot water.
